“Undateable” Season 1 Episode 7 “The Move” Recap:

Justin (Brent Morin) had learned that Nicki will visit them after taking care of her mom in Detroit. They will immediately make up for the lost time they were away from each other. Justin asks Danny (Chris D’Elia) for tips about “The Move.” He had thought that he didn’t need it at first, but desperately asked Danny about it.

“The Move” was a hit between Justin and Nicki. Unfortunately, Danny wanted to be credited for it and not Justin. Danny tattled the secret to Nicki and Justin got mad at him. His move was telling Nicki about it. Good thing is that Leslie had talked with him to apologize to Justin.

On the other hand, the gang had found another secret about Bruski. It was revealed that he hasn’t cried since he was 5 years old. Shelly was determined to make him cry. Bruksi remained stone-faced even when he was shown the video of the reunion of a lion with its owner. The episode ended with Bruski finally crying over the praise he got from Danny.

“Undateable” Season 1 Episode 8 “The Julius Effect” Recap:

Josh Hopkins from Bill Lawrence’s “Cougar Town” heads to “Undateable” to take on the role of Leslie’s future ex-husband. His wife was still mourning over their separation when he arrived with the divorce papers. He also picked up a fight with Danny at the bar.

Later, it was revealed that Danny is a friend of Justin and the one who has taught him how to get some girls. They just staged the brawl at the bar just to please Leslie. Justin went mad at first, but he has also been bitten by the “Julius Effect” over a few sing-alongs. Danny asked Justin and his gang not to tell or else…

Unfortunately, Leslie arrived and Justin immediately came clean to her because he was a “horrible liar.” Leslie learned about Danny’s still-existing friendship with Julius and stormed out of the place. When Danny and Justin came to apologize, Leslie was caught with Julius again. According to Julius, it’s all about Leslie’s coping mechanism from their divorce. The episode ended with an awkward hug began between Justin, Danny, Leslie and Julius.
