Vin Diesel has recently appeared on “Live with Kelly and Michael” to promote “Guardians of the Galaxy.” Again, he could not resist talking about Walker. He discussed many things about his friend and the danger intrinsic with the completion of “Fast and Furious 7” without him.
“It’s a heavy thing, Michael. You know? I grew up in the bouncer world, and we lost people while we were bouncing. But the brotherhood in Paul Walker was something completely different. It was someone that we … we grew up in the business together, and we became famous together, and we represented the biggest franchise together. He was my partner, and it’s a strange thing to … I’ve been acting all my life and they don’t teach you in acting, how to mourn someone and simultaneously pretend they’re in a scene with you,” said Diesel to Michael Strahan, as published on Huffington Post, when asked about Walker.
Walker’s untimely demise halted the production on “Fast & Furious 7.” The filmmakers used both computer-generated effects and enlisted Walker’s brothers, Caleb and Cody, to complete the actor’s remaining part in the film, which is scheduled to be released on April 3, 2015.
