“The Walking Dead” attracts millions of viewers from around the world. With the action-packed scenes, thrilling turn of events, and surprising twists in the plots, the fans love to see what will happen next. One of their former actresses, Emily Kinney, reveals how it feels like to be a viewer of a TV show that she was once a part of.
Kinney had an interview with Entertainment Weekly and honestly shares her perspective as a viewer now of the zombie-themed show. She explained, “The people that I haven’t even met that are big [characters now] — that’s sort of like, whoa! I don’t want to compare this amazing job to high school, but it’s a little bit like when you go back to your high school to be like, ‘Oh, hey, teacher I miss, or friend I miss,’ and you feel like there’s something different and feel a little weird. It’s nothing bad, but you’re sort of like, oh, I guess I’ve moved on in a certain way. It’s just what happens.”
Kinney also said that she’s still busy with some commitments and have only watched a few episodes of the current season, “I still am traveling quite a bit with the tour and everything, so I’m behind. I’ve only seen up to episode 4 this season.”
The TV actress added too that now she doesn’t have a clue in the next episodes.
“I think in some ways it’s more fun because I don’t know what’s going to happen, But then, in another way, it still feels like my friends up there going through this stuff, so I don’t know. It’s a very interesting experience watching,” Kinney said.
Emily Kinney indeed showcased her acting prowess for the chances granted for her by the “The Walking Dead.”
