TechTimes revealed that Warner Brothers have registered several domain names for possible upcoming DC films. For more details on this story, read on.
Furthermore, ComicVine reported that DC has announced plans for nine untitled DC comics movie spanning til the year 2020, moving its “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” premiere from May 2016 to March 25, 2016. These are the domain names Warner has registered:
JusticeLeagueFilm.com – Registered 11/27/13
ShazamMovie.com – Registered 11/21/00
WonderWomanTheMovie.com – Registered 8/5/1999
AquamanMovie.com – Registered 11/21/00
All of the said domains link to Warner Brothers’ website. Although registered, this does not guarantee that the films will be produced. The studio, who used a genius tactic, has been keeping most of these domains live for years. They did it so no other owners would be able to sell them at ridiculous prices to studios like them. Even so, it would be no surprise if these projects push through.
Wonder Woman will be making an appearance at “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” played by actress Gal Gadot while rumors have been floating that Dwayne Johnson might be playing the role of Shazam or the anti-hero, Black Adam. Moreover, Warner has announced its plans for the Justice League movie — Warner’s answer to Marvel’s superhero team-up juggernaut, “The Avengers.”
Here are the scheduled DC titles Warner plans to release from Deadline:
“Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” – March 25, 2016
Untitled DC Film – Aug. 5, 2016
Untitled DC Film – June 23, 2017

For now, we’ll just have to settle for Snyder’s “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” which will open in theaters on March 25, 2016.
“Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” will follow the story of both Batman and Superman, along with some other known DC characters — Wonder Woman, Cyborg, Aquaman — after the events of “Man of Steel,” where Henry Cavill will reprise his role as Superman. The ensemble cast will also include Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane and Jeremy Irons. “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” is written by Chris Terrio, with Zack Snyder as director.
