Johnny Depp loves his wife so much that he would not think twice before committing any crime even if it is a serious one, like hitting Australian Agriculture Minister, Barnaby Joyce.
On “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, the 51-year-old actor said that if his wife, Amber Heard is sent behind bars, then he will hit Australian Minister, Barnaby Joyce so that he could join her in jail. He said, “I’d just fly to Australia and assault that man. So that I could go to jail [too].”
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor even shared his views on the whole quarantine drama of his dogs going on. Thes Hamilton Spectator quotes that Johnny said, “I have been involved in many legal cases before but this one is the most interesting one.”
Talking about the Australian minister’s reaction Johnny said that it surprises him how two 5-6-inch teacup Yorkshire terriers would harm the country in some way. He even called Mr. Joyce weird sweaty-pated gut man for his decision over his two pet dogs.
Earlier this year, Depp and Heard were accused for bringing in their dogs illegally in Australia and threatening to kill Mr. Joyce if their dogs were not deported.
Seems as the star has decided to mock over the decision of the minister whenever he gets a chance, reported 9news. At the Venice film festival Depp was asked if he was going to take his dogs for a gondola ride, he responded with what seemed to aimed at the agriculture minister. Depp jokingly said, “No, I just killed them and ate them up”.
At present the wife of the “Black Mass” star is facing charges of smuggling and providing false documents for the pups. The case was adjourned to November 2 after she did not attend the trial.
