Good news for One Direction fans! The boy band loves making music, as we all know and intends to completely reform after a hiatus of one year.
One Direction, the world-famous boy band with its four members that successfully sold over 50 million records globally to date, will soon end their “On the Road Again” with their last leg in Northern England.
Fans all over the world were devastated when news of the group’s apparent split for about a year came into public knowledge.
Louis Tomlinson, one of the band members said to ITV television that they really intend to come back after their brief break.
The band loves making music but they sat down together and made up their minds to take a break.
Tomlinson also said that the last couple of years had been quite intense for the band and they need to take a breather, so that they can relax and spend some time with their respective families.
It is not simply possible to keep this fast pace forever without taking a break. Tomlinson feels the break will do wonders for their health and will be a constructive step for the band.
It was a landmark year for the music industry when the band was formed on “X Factor” by Simon Cowell.
Currently, there are four members in the band. Zayn Malik, 22 was the fifth member, quit earlier this year due to stress. Zayn has now commenced his new career as a solo vocal artist by signing a new deal in a recording. Malik also said that he quit the band as he wanted to act like a normal 22-year-old. He wants to relax now and enjoy some private moments away from the spotlight.
1D band mate Horan agreed that their tour’s last gig would be tough while opting for a short break from their mad schedule would be a great breather for this world-famous foursome.
Horan added that One Direction had done over 1,000 shows in the last few years, so not doing it for a year may sound strange even to them and they will surely feel emotional about it.
