‘X Factor UK’ 2015: 4th Impact, Louisa Johnson, And Others In Jeopardy As Show Implements Double Eliminations
Radio presenter Dan has suggested to former “The X Factor” UK 2015 contestant 4th Impact that they should come and have a concert at Fun Kids HQ.

“The X Factor UK” 2015 seemed to have implemented the weekly double elimination as suggested recently by Simon Cowell. What would happen to 4th Impact, Louisa Johnson, Anton Stephans, and others? Read on to know more.

It’s the element of danger and surprise that Cowell reportedly want to bring back in the competition.

The 56-year-old judge observed that kicking out two acts helped bring back these elements. An alleged insider said the show’s ratings went up since the double elimination of Bupsi and Alien Uncovered during the first Live Shows episode.

“Getting rid of two singers each week keeps jeopardy levels high and enables the show to focus on the most talented singers sooner,” the insider told The Sun via Metro report.

It was also said only two episodes would have single eliminations while the rest of the episodes will have double eliminations.

“The X Factor UK” 2015 had been having increased viewers week-on-week. Recent figures revealed an estimated 6.4 million viewers had tuned in for the show’s second Live Shows episode, which was an increase of 800,000 on the series’ 5.6 million viewers on the first Live Shows episode, TellyMix reported.

Compared, however, to the series’ ratings performance last year, it was still seen not enough. In this year’s ratings for the first Live Shows, the ratings were reportedly 1.3 million shorter than 2014’s first Live Shows.

The second Live Shows on 2014 also performed better – it had 1 million more viewers than this year’s second Live Shows. In 2013, the same episode reportedly had 2 million more viewers.

Part of the reason for the series’ low ratings was its rival show, “Strictly Come Dancing,” which features celebrities competing in a Ballroom and Latin dance numbers together with their respective professional dance partners.

According to ratings figures, the dance show was ahead of 3 million more viewers, with an average of 9.2 million people tuning in and peaking at a whopping 10 million viewers – a feat previously accomplished by “The X Factor UK” for a number of episodes.

The produces of “The Factor UK” 2015 expected the double elimination to help boost the ratings and it seemed to have been implemented already as Seann Miley Moore and Kiera Weathers were the latest acts eliminated.

With this, viewers could expect 4th Impact, Louisa Johnson, Anton Stephans, and others to be put in the same situation in future episodes.
