Contenders are really feeling the pressure in the competition, especially in the recent Judges’ Houses performance.
Almost all contestants said the Judges’ Houses performance was the toughest for them and Johnson, a contender in the Girls category, said she has not been feeling pretty well in LA.
“I’ve not been feeling my best and I’m giving it as much as I can but I’m very critical on myself and when I’m not feeling good I worry I won’t be able to give my best performance,” Louisa Johnson said in a report by Digital Spy UK.
The 17-year-old contender revealed she has been struggling with a terrible headache during the Judges’ Houses performance, which reportedly got worse the whole day since morning.
When the producers of “The X Factor UK” 2015 called for a doctor, it was revealed that Johnson had wheat intolerance, which causes headaches.
After hearing her difficulty, Johnson told OK! Magazine (via The List) she received a lot of support from the mentors, especially from Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, who told Johnson that she would fight for her.
Johnson also said she felt Simon Cowell wanted her to succeed and that she sees him as her dad in “The X Factor UK” 2015 show.
Johnson auditioned for “The X Factor UK” 2015 in hopes of making it through the show. With her take on Michael Jackson’s “Who’s Loving You,” she stunned Wembley and proceeded to the Boot Camp.
In the Boot Camp segment, Johnson rendered her own version of Sam Smith’s “Lay Me Down.” She reached the Six Chair Challenge and wowed the fans with her cover on Jennifer Hudson’s “I Am Telling You.”
On Sunday, Johnson successfully passed from the Judges’ Houses performance with her take on Aretha Franklin’s “Respect.”
Speaking about her career goals, Louisa Johnson said she just wants to do worldwide tours and have Beyonce’s number in her phone.
