After X-Men: Apocalypse came out through Brian Singer’s direction, Marvel fans wait for the DVD and Blu-ray version. When the movie aired in May, it is only a matter of months until the Digital HD version comes out on Sept. 9. Afterwards, on October 4, the Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD & DVD will be released.
During the San Diego Comic-Con 2016, fans pre-ordered the limited edition Dazzler vinyl cover and witness the “challenge room” called X-Men: The Tomb of Apocalypse X-perience. During the event, the original costumes were also on full display. For those who did not attend, home theater enthusiasts can see X-Men: Apocalypse in the comforts of their own home.
A cool exclusive from Best Buy showcases their own exclusive Steelbook packaging. It is a special pack for the Apocalypse movie alone. On the front, according to Screen Rant, shows the titular villain with Egyptian hieroglyphics and art work.
Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Sophie Turner, Oscar Isaac, Tye Sheridan, Olivia Munn and more are seen. The copy will contain tidbits from Singer himself plus, fans see the costume of Apocalypse up close.
If fans are waiting to amp up their collection after X-Men: Days of Future Past, they are in luck. Then this exclusive packet is for them. Fans see the thousand year old mutant on their own screens with the following special Blu-ray features. Features include the deleted and extended scenes. It also comes with an optional talk from director Bryan Singer.
In addition, there is a movie gag reel and an exclusive wrap party video. If they are keen to sit down for an hour, a documentary on unearthing X-Men: Apocalypse is included. It also has an audio commentary by Singer and Simon Kinberg and concept art and photo gallery.
Fans can wait for the Digital HD version release on September 9. The Blu-ray, 4k Ultra HD and DVD debut on October 4.
